FREE YOGA IN THE PARK!

Bring a yoga mat or towel.  Class is taught by Marie, who teaches trauma- informed yoga. Practice will support present moment experiences through yoga shapes, gentle breathwork and basic forms of meditation with plenty of choices in how to move, breathe and connect along the way. There are no hands-on assists, verbal cues are safe guideline while on the mat. These classes are for first timers or advanced.
