The Senior Resource Fair brings together local businesses, nonprofit organizations and service providers to share information, answer questions and help older adults and their families discover resources that support healthy, active and connected lives.
Vendor and Sponsorship Opportunities
Are you a business, nonprofit organization or service provider that works with older adults? Join us at the Senior Resource Fair to connect with community members, share information about your services and help attendees learn about the resources available to them.
Vendor spaces and sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels. Sponsorships help support the event while providing additional recognition for participating organizations.
Vendor and Sponsorship Levels
Maker Vendor — $30: Only selling homegrown produce, agricultural products and homemade crafts sold by individuals from the farms and small cottage businesses that produce them. Maker vendors receive one table and two chairs to use during the event in the space designated.
Business Vendor:
Nonprofit or Crystal/New Hope Based Organization — $50: Available to businesses physically in Crystal or New Hope and all nonprofits regardless of location.
For-Profit Organization — $100
All Business Vendors Receive
- One 8-foot table and two chairs in a designated space.
- A 1.5-hour room rental at the Crystal Community Center to host a free, public educational talk related to older adults. Educational talks are self-marketed by the organization. On-site selling is not permitted as part of this opportunity.
- Business name or logo included on event bags, depending on size and space availability.
Large Event Sponsorships — $300
Food Sponsor — $300
Music Sponsor — $300
